Recap: 51st Annual Holiday Tour Showcased Danville’s Hidden Beauty

The Danville Historical Society’s 51st Holiday Tour: Beauty Revealed Tour was a delightful success, held on Saturday, December 7 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Guests explored some of Danville’s most beautiful and historic homes, buildings, and cultural landmarks. Tour stops included:

  • The Holbrook Hotel
  • The Douthat House
  • The Judkins House
  • The Yancey House (also known as the Sorority House)
  • Calvary Baptist Church
  • Jefferson Court Apartments
  • J. H. Griggs House
  • The Stokes House
  • The Bee Hotel
  • Langhorne House Museum
  • Danville Museum of Fine Arts & History

Advance tickets were available at local shops, including Vintages by the Dan, Ginger Bread House, and Karen’s Hallmark. The tour brought the community together to celebrate the city’s historic charm and architectural beauty, making it a memorable holiday season highlight.
